"How dare you sleep so soundly" 

The voice sounded distant, yet so close.

"How about I just strangle you" 

I jumped up from the bed, eyes wide open. Heart beating fast, nerves alert as I raised my hands weakly in defense mode.

"I knew that would get you. Still the same mother fucker!" Claudia laughed, holding a box on one hand and a bag on the other.

Slowly, I dropped my hands down. My body fell back to the bed, a loud groan escaping my lips.
