We walked into our garage just as Brielle broke the call. Today, I was behind the wheel and Val wouldn't notice if she came out as she used to. I turned off the engine, pulled out the keys, and gave them to Reynolds.

"Tell Val, I will be joining you guys for dinner soon, let me go freshen up, because if she catches me like this, I might be lured to come to your yard without changing, so let me..." I stated, unfinished.
