MARRIED WITH BOSS

Tears like a waterfall ran over Eeshani at this. Great drops of tears dropped down her beautiful eyes. A staff member was asked to prepare the patient to be discharged by the doctor.

This was just heard by Eeshani, who immediately endeavored to prevent them once more. But no one listened. The employees started organizing her mother to go home. Eeshani desperately attempted to stop them, crying his eyes out to no avail. Eventually, she fell on the floor on her knees, crying hysterically.

All at once there was a strong voice heard at the ward: "Halt!

Everybody stood still and stared at the door in shock at the sound. Weeping, Eeshani stood still and stared at the entrance with a wet eye. At the door was a man whose black three-piece suit and black mask covered his face, leaving the dark piercing eyes as the only visible features.

The man arrived at the ward and told the hospital staff, "I will take the hospital bills of this patient."

Eeshani was taken aback and looked at him. Her mother was her only one in this world. Wiping her tears, she approached him and said, Uncle... who are you?

The man was smiling, but the smile was hardly visible behind his mask. "Your problems," he said in a firm voice, "I can do away with."

Eeshani looked at him deeply amazed and remained silent for a couple of minutes. Then she became bewildered and said, "What... what do you mean?" I don't understand."

With a low voice, he told her, I have something to say to you.

Shocked, Eeshani looked at the employees and then looked at her mother and ran out behind the man. The hospital employees looked at each other in disbelief.

After fifteen minutes Eeshani was in the corridor, with his eyes open and aghast at the man. Something she could hardly believe must have been said by him. She did not know what to say; she said, No... I will not make money by selling my integrity. I would not do this, despite knowing that I need money. Why should you even imagine I would do such a vile thing? It is too big of a decision that you are asking. It is impossible to play with the life of somebody. I have no idea what you will get out of this and why you picked me. What is your reason for doing this to this person? I shall never be so base an operation. Please forgive me... I refuse your deal."

The woman walked away with tears on her face and powerlessly.

The man halted her and raised his deep voice and said, "Think." I do not believe that you can save your mother otherwise, given your situation. Don't you care that your mother should be well? Do you wish her to be without treatment?

Eeshani stood still at this, and he shed even more tears. Consider my transaction, said the man. I will get you a pretty good bit of money. You may treat your mother with it and even lead a good life. I do not request thee to be attached to it everlastingly. You only have one day of work. Then you may lead your life your way. You will not have any problem since everything is planned. When it is over we shall not know each other. You do not wish to do it, all right. I won't force you."
