MARRIED WITH BOSS

Vyansh stayed silent.

Vikrant was later on sitting at the head chair of the meeting room. He had some shareholders standing in front of him. Vyansh sat beside him.

At the start of the meeting, Vyansh started by saying, Sir, our company shares have been falling drastically since last night. We have been receiving negative reviews about our product through the PR department. Our product marketing is also low, and our airline division has not been spared either.

Vikrant did not differ in expression.

Then one of the shareholders, Mr. Vikrant, raised his voice; in case this continued, it would be seen that our company would be bankrupt. We'll lose millions of rupees."

The other shareholder also contributed and said, Mr. Vikrant, since you got married to that unrecognized girl, all the news channels have been discussing your marriage only. One hears rumors indefinitely about you. Your image has been totally ruined, and due to this fact, the company has lost its reputation in the whole of Asia. What is going to be done to the company in case of such a giant crisis? Who is going to pay these losses?

Vikrant stared at him before he could say anything and in an icy voice said, You need not worry about her. It is my personal business, and I do not prefer to have someone meddling in my personal life.

The shareholder flushed as the coldness in his voice increased.

Vikrant did not even exhibit any emotion, adding, I accept all the losses that the company has incurred. Yes, it is taking place due to my marriage. It is also my duty to revive this company to the top. I'll sort everything out soon. There is nothing to worry about with the company—this is the company of Vikrant Singh Shekhawat. And Vikrant Singh Shekhawat never allows his company to go into loss. Henceforth, I will just deal with everything in the company by myself.

On this the shareholders all felt relaxed. They were fully aware that Vikrant never gave up once he undertook something.

Vikrant rose out of the head chair and walked out of the meeting room. He went to his cabin, threw off his blazer and threw it on the sofa, and sat at his desk. He lit another cigarette.

He was furious. It was a woman who had to suffer everything that was happening.

He savored the cigarette on his lips and shut his eyes, and the face of Eeshani straightawayflashed before his eyes. Smoking, he spoke in a cold and dangerous manner, saying, "Should you, by chance, be that girl, Piddi, you do not know what is going to become of you."

He gave another pull and returned to his work.

It was now eight p.m. Vikrant had not left his cabin yet and was furiously working on his laptop. Vyansh and Ishan were also present, looking at him through the sofa. Vikrant was a possessed man who had been working like a maniac.

Vyansh and Ishan caught glances. Then Ishan bent over and said, Vikrant has become mad. Or is it some ghost that has him? Perhaps he is simply shocked by the fact that his wife is lost.
