I had gotten home and heard noises in our room.I knocked and Sam came to open it.He asked,I waited for five minutes before I entered.I could read that something was going on.I stood outside for like three minutes and noticed a lady had gotten out.She was so beautiful and you could see she was well mannered and very shy.She greeted me and excused herself.I could see a nice grin on Sam’s face .He wanted to explode from smiling and giggling.I could see he was so excited because finally ,he had gotten someone to love him for whom he really was.I was so exhausted and noticed some big bowl.Sam invited me to come eat since he was waiting for me.There was no way he would accept a no as an answer.I had no choice but to fetch a spoon and went straight to eat.After eating,I went to take my bath.I then asked Sam’s permission to use his phone.He gave it me and went to sleep.I spent the whole night browsing and searching for jobs .I couldn’t find one.I went ahead and searched for more stories about Lady May and Lo and behold,everything that happened at the workplace today was on the internet.I was surprised that people would go a length to make everything happen.I was also happy for her.Then again I remember I had never even proposed or asked anyone out before.I mean I was a very handsome person .I was so aware of my beauty but then I could not go near any lady.I felt and had made it my priority to spoil my queen.I knew what my mom went through in order to cater for my sibling and I ,I did not wish to allow lady go through that.I wanted to make lot of money before I started dating.I turned off the phone and prayed.I slept off.I woke u early the next day to prepare early so as Sam too won’t be late.After we were done,I escorted Sam to say good morning to her girlfriend.She also greeted us and we made our way to the bus station.This morning was a busy one and we noticed a lot of people on the queue.In no time,the bus arrived.We boarded and headed to the Eston city center.This day I noticed the town was so busy with a lot of people struggling to buy magazines and newspapers“.What could have happened ”,I questioned myself.I was almost late for work so I had to hurry up.Upon getting to my workplace,I noticed a lot of the workers standing in groups conversing.I wanted to know what had happened.I started looking for Aliya.I saw her shortly.She came to greet me and asked that after I was done with my work ,I should meet her at our usual spot.I hurriedly did all my chores and went to meet her.I wanted to know what was happening so that if there was a need to go back to my hometown,I would do so.“News flying in town is that Lady May,the hottest model in the country, is set to marry our manager .The parents of our manager.Who are the owners of this business and more has decided to hand down their properties to their children.But before they would do that ,each child should be married.Here comes the twist,all their children are married except our boss,the manager.”,Aliya said.

So this was the news,I thought something had happened.I was surprised at how so many people were rushing to get a glimpse of the newspaper.I was calm and happy that it was nothing serious.I went back into the washroom and continued with my work.It was midday and time for break .I ate and waited for Aliya.She gave me her phone to use while she go ahead and run some errands.I watched so many videos with it.I explored the media. I heard the customers had become many and they wanted some of the cleaners to come help.I went downstairs and was assigned to help the waiters and waitresses.I quickly went for the tray and started serving. I started working swiftly.I was sending a drink to a table when mistakenly,I slipped .It poured on another person.“How dare you!Do you know how much this dress cost?It can literally buy your whole generation and their destinies.Come clean me up!”,the woman shouted.“I bet you,you would buy this dress for me.It cost thousands of dollars”,she continued.I was scared and those words pierced in my heart.I wasn’t a waiter ,I just decided to help and here I was in a trouble.She held onto my dress and decided to call the police if I didn’t pay.My colleague came in and started pleading.Many customers started looking at us .She asked to see our manager.“Our manager? then I would be fired”,I asked myself.Our nana was not around.I was so embarrassed and a scene had been created already.I went down on my knees and started begging ,the lady insisted she would call the police.

After minutes of pleading,Lady May and her entourage came to the restaurant.She saw what happened and came there,she looked at me and asked the lady what had happened.Everything was explained to her.She asked the lady to let me go and decided to pay for everything.She asked they brought her purse.She paid for everything and dismissed everyone one.The customer badge out .I thanked Lady May,she advised I should be more careful next time .I asked permission to stop and go to the employee area.Upon reaching there,I started crying.All the words the lady said hurt me ,the became like knife pierced through me.I cried .Aliya hadn’t returned from her errand.I felt someone tapping me and it was Aliya.She gave me a light hug and consoled me.I instantly knew she has heard everything that happened.She told me it was normal in this kind of job.You take these as a lesson to guide you in your ways.She asked we go out in the evening for some ice cream.I declined because I was not having money.I hadn’t been paid yet.She instantly knew why and said she would take care of the bills.I asked her no to because a lady shouldn’t be done that.She insisted.After work that day,we both headed out to the city center.We looked around and went for window shopping.We went to an ice cream spot,Aliya got the ice cream and we went to a spot ,where we talked about our dreams and aspirations in life.After a while,I escorted Aliya to pick her bus .I went back to sit at the bus stop in front of Sam’s workplace to wait for him.
