I leaned back in my seat, scrolling through my phone with a satisfied grin. It had been over six hours since we boarded the plane, and boredom was starting to creep in. Jameson had been awfully quiet, staring blankly at his tablet, but I knew he wasn’t really paying attention to it.

I didn’t mind, though. I had my own form of entertainment, reading some ridiculous memes on X.
