“Do you like this?” Jameson asked his sister, pointing at a pale blue gown on a mannequin.

Lynn, now Lina glanced at it and gave a small, shy shake of her head. “I think it’s too… sparkly,” she said quietly, her voice barely rising over the mall’s background hum.

Jameson chuckled. “Noted. No sparkles.”

He moved on with her to another display.
