The next morning, Lucas arrives early. He brings many different fruits, some tropical, some extremely rare.

"Try eating light so that you may be able to digest it," he advises.

I eat a few strawberries dipped in white chocolate and take bites of the enormous grapes, the size of apples, and persimmons.

He also offers me passion fruit juice. I take a few sips but dislike the taste.

After we finish breakfast, he takes me to the doctor.
