Chapter 16: Sheets and Sails

Asher was humming as they walked across the worn planks of the dock. His catamaran stood out among the others not only because it was the largest sailboat on the wharf, but because of how well-maintained it looked.

The white hull of the boat looked spotless, and the rigging didn’t look crimped or ragged, and neither did any of the sails, and the upholstered sofas and seats on the outside were bright and unworn.
