“Bravo!!” Nolan and Hermes cheered for me.

“You have done well, so now you can leave,” Nolan said, flinging his hands dismissively at me. “Take her to the car. I’ll be joining you guys shortly. And make sure she doesn’t bleed again. I don’t want her dirty, commoner blood messing up my upholstery.” His face crinkled with disgust.
