ADRIANNA’S POV

“I’m so sorry,” I gasped, my hands instinctively running up to cover my mouth. “I…I didn’t realize… I forgot you’re injured.”

I was so moved by realizing he was Eric that I forgot he had the bandages on. What if he had broken ribs? I couldn’t imagine the excruciating pain he must be feeling from how hard I hugged him.

“Don’t worry. It’s nothing, I’m alright,” he reassured me with a smile.
