“Dee, sweetheart,” Dad’s voice is strained over the collect call.

It’s quiet on his end of the line. Ever since the interview people have given him space. Inmates don’t know what to make of him. Is he a man so far removed from reality thanks to his psychosis that he thinks he’s innocent, or did they actually catch the wrong man, and that sick son of a bitch is still out there?
