I started training with Marco weeks ago. The morning after I spoke to Dario in the library, I asked him what I needed to learn.

I went to the garden the following day at seven in the morning and found Marco there, stretching before his own workout, and I asked him to show me something useful.

He looked at me for a second, like he was deciding if his boss would approve.

Then he spent forty minutes showing me how to break a wrist grip.

After that it became a daily thing ...
