I was busy cooking in the kitchen when I heard the door pad clicked. A small smile tugged on my lips.

That had to be Joey.

He was early today. That had to be a good thing, right? I mean, he had been so busy at work these days that the only time I managed to see him was four am in the morning when he was rushing out of the door.
