“What...happened to Skylar?” I asked immediately. Panic filling my chest.

Tyler looked at me, and the tension in his eyes made my heart drop. “It’s Mom,” he said, but his voice trembled. “Mom called. Skylar is having a panic attack. She’s… breaking stuff. She’s completely out of control.”
