I kept fiddling with my fingers in the car as we drove to the hotel. My nerves just wouldn’t settle.

Apparently, Tyler had sent a driver to pick us up. And when I saw him, my stomach twisted. It was the same man from yesterday.

At first, I thought maybe I was mistaken. But then Tyler called him while we were getting ready, and the moment I heard his voice through the speaker, I knew I wasn’t wrong. It was the so-called delivery guy.
