Getting back to normal life after being at the cabin with Lucas was more challenging than I’d expected. It was Monday morning and already, I was dreading the week. I just wanted to be back in the forest with Lucas, ignoring all my problems.

I cleared the board and began writing the new lesson. I smiled to myself as I reminisced on my incredible weekend. Lucas had finally told me that he loved me and it was electrifying.
