Holly, the adorable bookworm wolf pup, barrelled into me before the doors shut the next morning.

"Aspen!" she said with her adorable little lisp.

I bent down and hugged her. She smelled like shampoo and wet puppy, a fact which always made me laugh. She'd thrived after getting a small space of her own and had taken it upon herself to help me direct some of the more errant wolf pups.
