I’ve been locked in a staring contest with Yamato for over twelve minutes, and I think I’m winning. His eyes are red and he’s tearing up, I can see how close he is to blinking. 

Go ahead, Yamato…blink. 

“You don’t know what you’re doing anymore, do you?”. Damn. I lost. “You’ve changed, Sorahiko”. 

I almost blinked my eyes out. That came out of nowhere. I mean, it’s not a lie, but it was too abrupt.
