The first thing I noticed was the heat. A thick, suffocating warmth pressed against my back, the slow rise and fall of Orion's chest syncing with the lazy thrum of his heartbeat. His arm was a heavy, possessive weight draped over Elara's waist, fingers curled just beneath the swell of her breast, as if even in sleep, he couldn't resist claiming her.
