Chapter 5

The first rays of the sun crept through the half-drawn curtains, painting my bare skin in pale gold as I stirred beneath the tangled sheets.

My body ached in the most delicious way, my thighs still slick with last night's pleasure, my nipples were tight and sensitive against the cool cotton. A slow, breathless moan escaped my lips as I stretched, remembering how naughty I was.

Had Richard really come to me? Had his hands truly traced the curve of my waist, or had I dreamed it ...
