It was truly tempting. I didn't even expect the festival to be today. That explained why no one worked overtime tonight except us.

Kaiser cleared his throat lightly, buying Elora's idea. “A change of scenery might not be a bad idea,” he said, glancing between us. “I’ve actually never attended the local spring festival.”
