"You are bad at lying, Bertha," he sneered. I was stunned for a moment. I gritted my teeth.

"I am not lying, nothing happened. You are the one who is acting suspiciously." I didn't like the look he had on his face. Something about it made my eyes twitch.

"Fine if you say so." He sighed, grabbed his phone, and then strode towards the bathroom. He closed the door behind him leaving me in the room. I sat up and slowly tried to place my leg on the floor.
