Betty's POV

I had barely taken a step out of the restroom when that cold, familiar voice sliced through the hallway.

"Are you done throwing a tantrum, butterfly?"

My whole body locked up, and the light in my eyes instantly disappeared. What was he doing here? I was surprised at first, confused and puzzled at his appearance, but the initial surprise turned into hot irritation as the image of him smiling foolishly at Odette formed in my mind.

Was he blind? He couldn't see through her? Smiling ...
