I stood next to my pregnant mate, smiling at Lui, who was waving on stage happily next to his Beta.

After a few years, he was finally the Alpha. The ritual was successful, and his parents behind him looked so happy, just like his mate.

"I'm so proud of him," Tamara said cheerfully through our pack's mind-link.
