Antyza set a hard pace through the desert, Runa clutching to her waist as they rode. She had remained silent for most of the ride and Antyza had graciously followed suit. Runa was feeling the weight of her exhaustion as her eyes began feeling heavy. She tried to stave off sleep as best she could. The night helped her some as the chill cut through her clothing and chilled her to the bone.
