I was called to an emergency meeting with my PR team. It happened a couple of times a year, so I was not surprised or alarmed by the summons. My PR team, however, looked frazzled. Adele, who was normally the voice of reason and serenity, looked absolutely panicked, just like the rest of the team. That is what made me concerned.
