Rose wasn’t answering her phone. It wasn’t even on. I tried not to freak out. There were many things that could have happened that were the reason her phone was going straight to voicemail. Maybe her phone was dead or maybe she was taking a nap. Even though I tried to calm myself, not being able to reach Rose was giving me horrible flashbacks to when she was kidnapped.

My mind was creating terrible scenarios of her being dragged away ...
