I woke up feeling better rested than I had in weeks. For a long while, I simply stared at my girl. She looked so peaceful. I knew that she slept so soundly because she didn’t feel so alone anymore. I was so happy that we were back to being partners and working together. It had affected both of us so negatively to not work together in life for those few short weeks.
