I settle Sam back on the ground since he passed out again. He wasn't nearly as heavy when he was assisting my efforts, but right now, there's no way I'm going to carry his dead weight out of this cave.

His fever is getting worse, though, and I know I need to get him some better medical attention. I decide to give him a few more minutes of rest before I try to wake him up again. Maybe he'll be more lucid if he has rested longer.
