"Go away, go away!" I scramble out of bed but fall face--first on the ground.

"HELP ME!" I scream. 
I struggle to get up, but I do. The door opens just as I charge towards it. I hit into a warm body. Sparks shoot through me. I look up. It's Nicholas, of course. I jump into his arms, clutching him as tightly as I can and burying my face in his neck.
"There's a cat in my bed. Please, kick it out," I beg.
