Chapter 13

For a good couple of minutes, Haven didn’t move. She stood in front of her room door, crying silently. Her heart ached terribly after her meeting with Tristan; Haven didn’t know it would hurt this bad.

Tears dribbled down her cheeks, and she wiped them away furiously.

Tristan didn’t deserve any of her tears. Everything was over now. Tomorrow, she would leave this place behind.

Tristan would be gone from her life forever.
