Her eyes flew open. Daniel. Above her. His face too close. Breath reeking of whiskey.

"Stop." She pushed him away. Hard. "Get off."

Daniel grabbed her wrists. Pinned them. "I'm your husband."

"I said stop." Emma twisted. Fought. Got one hand free and shoved his face. "Get away from me."
