Mia's POV:

Jackson kissed my forehead. “The finals.” He repeated before pressing his head to mine.

I nodded. “Win this.”

“With pleasure,” he replied. He stepped back, turning away and stalking towards his car. He drove it to the starting line, revving the engine. I hugged myself, watching him.

He glanced at me and I saw some kind of emotion on his face.
