I said nothing. Jaxon sighed deeply. “I’m sorry. I want to be here with you.” He apologized. “I mean it. I’m just asking questions, that's all.”

“Why don't you trust me? Just trust the process.” I said, turning to look at him. “I know you like to be in control of everything but why don't you let me take charge?”
