Soft conversation and bouts of laughter from adults filled the air as I stepped into the buzz of the mall. The bright lights and colorful displays invited what would be opposite to the weight of the last few days. Today was a special day. I’ll be seeing one of my old friends and an elite designer here in Italy. And guess what? I’m certainly here today.
