Ryan had called me to his study to ask if I was with him last night. It may seem as though the effects of the drugs are working already. The drugs were more potent than I imagined.

I looked out from the balcony this morning while he talked to himself. This was the plan, drive him slowly to madness, then use the opportunity to rule the pack.
