“Madeline…”

The echoing sweet voice of Marissa filled my mind after I dozed off and fell asleep. I realized that I am in her place that can be found in my dreams. I started to open my eyes and saw her beautiful, innocent face. She smiled at me.

“How is your sleep? Are you not tired from your travel?” she asked and stood up, now offering her hand to help me. “Why don’t you tell me about it?”
