Logan stood rigid in front of Alpha Sir Alexander Jameson. His hand shook slightly as he struggled to control his wolf’s rising anger.

“That child isn’t mine,” Logan said flatly.

“Stop pretending!” Sarah snapped.

Her wolf was close to the surface too.

Sir Alexander’s tone was deep and final. “No matter whose pup it is, I expect you to handle it properly.”
