As the door gently shut behind me, I closed my eyes and took in the heavy scent in the air. Someone had just walked out of here…or if not, then their scent was strangely strong.

My wolf was pretty active. It could have easily told me who the scent was related to, but her mind was blank just like mine. We couldn't tell.
