“I think you should be focused on making a lot of money. You will be thrown in jail pretty soon.” I texted back to Adrian, dropping my device next to me in bed.

“Where did we stop?”

“You said Isla was…my nanny.” Evan reminded me. I gave a quiet sigh before resuming the narration.

“I had birth complications as soon as you arrived in this world.” I said. “You definitely don't know what birth complications are but you have an idea.”
