Cory searched through the little shop, nearly furious at his struggle. Sweat poured down his back, and his breaths came in heavy rasps.

The shopkeeper eyed him carefully.

"Can I help you find something?" the shopkeeper asked loudly.

"Leave me," Cory commanded, eyes wild.

Cory scooped several herbs into produce bags. He tried desperately not to spill, though he couldn't help his shaking hands.
