Protocol Seven.

I stood in my study with Victor and Victoria, the door locked and the windows sealed. What I was about to hear could not leave this room.

"Tell me everything," I said.

Victor pulled out his tablet and the screen glowed with Council documents I should not have access to. He had hacked their servers and the penalty for that alone was severe. But we were past the point of following rules.
