Her eyes bulged, flicking from Jenine to Luca. They lingered on him.

“What are you doing here, Luca? You're supposed to be at the pack house. Resting!”

“Luca?” Jenine's face turned pale. “Like the Alpha's son, Luca? Oh my God.” Her hands flew to her mouth.
