I tossed about restlessly in bed. The rain splashed in through the windows wetting the floor. I pushed myself up with a groan closing the windows. The ceiling stared back at me as I slipped back into the soft mattress.

Jenine's face tugged at my heart making my heartbeat spike. The same feeling I'd had earlier in the afternoon. I clenched my jaw, my hands folding into fists as my heart hammered against my chest. What the hell was this?
