"You have a board meeting."

I picked up my phone. Another medium for me to get upset. There was no way I wasn't going to get angry at the meeting. Maybe even more damage.

"The investor is also joining the meeting," he briefed as we entered the elevator.

My ears perked up. "Why? We can always set up an investor's meeting. Why should he be at the board meeting?"

"I think he bought some shares."
