My heart shattered into millions. Watching her go without having the balls to call her back, hold her tightly and stop her from leaving me again broke my heart. But it was nothing compared to how I'd broken hers. How I'd driven her out of my life. It couldn't compare to how I'd discarded her like she was nothing.
