Lilith Light is here.

The words hang in the air like poison.

'Why? Why would she come here?'

Surprise jolts through me. Followed immediately by suspicion.

Lilith doesn't do anything without a reason. Without an agenda.

The Omega shifts nervously. "Should I—should I tell her you're not available?"

The offer is tempting. So tempting.

But refusing to see her would look like cowardice. Like I'm afraid of her.
