Grace POV

My legs give out.

Ethan's hand catches my waist before I collapse. "Grace? Are you okay?"

His eyes hold genuine worry. I can see it clearly.

Snow stirs inside me. 'He's truly concerned about us.'

But the confirmation means nothing. Because I can't trust my own judgment anymore. Can't tell what's real and what's just me seeing what I want to see.

Is he worried about me? Or worried about how this looks? Worried about Grace, or worried ...
