I feel so foolish. I walked into the apartment so high and energized by my week. I heard back from Tim and went over my Vinea contract. I even talked through a few different things with Sam and was so excited to see Cal and just tell him everything.

And then I had to mess everything up and try to kiss him. I just equated my happiness with our physical experiences in my head. Clearly that was a huge mistake. Isn’t that what Cal called our hooking up? A mistake?
